LLC., our goal is to make your mountain home dream come
true. Located in the North Carolina High Country of the
Blue Ridge Mountains, in Boone, North Carolina, our focus
is on homes and property in Avery, Ashe and Watauga. |

both a licensed builder and real estate brokerage firm, we are
able to help clients with both the buying and building
process. As an Authorized Independent Representative of
TIMBERPEG, we offer timber frame / post & beam homes
and packages. TIMBERPEG has over 30 years of
experience designing, manufacturing and erecting timber
frame homes, and their product is second to none in the

desires of what YOU want in YOUR home. Then, we help guide
you through all of the areas concerning architectural and
engineering design challenges. Whether with your firm or one
of our preferred firms, we help make your design ideas
become a reality. Then our team of associates can
assist you with everything from site selection,
construction, decorating to move-in. We have a wonderful
team of associates to assist you with every stage of this
major process (preferred associate list available upon
request), and we all pride ourselves on taking the fear out
of the ever forbidden building process. As always, we
